Effective November 1, 2026, bid closing times displayed on the Purchasing & Tenders website will be based on Manitoba time.
Note that there will not be a one-hour time adjustment associated with this change.
Bidders are encouraged to verify their local time settings to ensure Manitoba time is referenced when preparing and submitting bids. Failure to account for this time zone change may result in a late submission.
